The consolidation day offers you space to further consolidate and deepen what you learned in the introductory seminar. We will revisit key elements of inner child work and non-violent communication - with a focus on further developing your ability to accompany yourself.
You will have the opportunity to repeat what you have learned so far in peace, clarify open questions and develop new confidence in dealing with your inner experience. Together we practise staying with ourselves in challenging situations instead of letting old patterns take over.
The aim of the day is to strengthen your inner clarity, self-efficacy and self-care - so that you can sustainably integrate what you have started into your everyday life.
