You will get to know and apply the structured 6-step process. This will give you a roadmap to guide you in your everyday inner child work. In this way, you can learn to reliably look after your inner child because you will be able to act again - even when emotions are intense.

I am regularly supervised and have been actively using the method myself for 5 years. I am transparent about the fact that I am not an alternative practitioner, therapist or doctor.
❌ I'm not promising a miracle cure, a 2-day transformation, a finger-snapping solution to all your problems, manifestation drivel or offering pseudo-spiritual bypassing.
✅ Inner child work is a profound process. There are always successes and relief, but also disappointments and old pains that come up. Nothing can, will or should "heal" you. However, you can become an increasingly loving adult for your inner child, and this process can show you new perspectives, options for action and changes in your life.
❌ I do not offer psychotherapy and I do not denigrate psychotherapy. I do not present my offer as a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.
✅ My offer is coaching aimed at mentally stable people. I only work with people who are undergoing psychiatric or psychological treatment after they have discussed their desire for coaching in therapy and the person treating them has approved it.

I do not promise a cure, I do not treat or diagnose symptoms or illnesses, because I am not a therapist or doctor. Our work together complements, but does not replace, a visit to a doctor or therapist. In the case of physical complaints, you should always have an organic cause clarified.
