GTC

  1. Scope of application
The following General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between participants in courses, training seminars and group coaching sessions and Valentin Dinges (hereinafter referred to as 'the Provider'). In addition, special terms and conditions may apply to individual offers, which are specified in the respective offers. In particular, the conditions for individual coaching sessions shall be agreed separately. Deviating general terms and conditions or conditions of participation shall not apply.
  2. Registrations
Registration for the individual events is required. Registration constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions. Participants can register online via the homepage at www.valentindinges.de. Registration is binding. Participants will be sent a confirmation of registration.
The provider will notify participants if the event is full or canceled.
If the maximum number of participants is exceeded, registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received.
  3. Participation costs
Costs are charged for participation in events (see event description). The costs must be credited to the provider's account no later than 14 days after receipt of the invoice.
Payment of the participation fees can be made by bank transfer.
If an event does not take place, the course fee will be refunded. There are no further claims. Non-attendance of individual or all course units does not entitle the participant to a reduction or refund of the costs. In the event of late payment, the provider reserves the right to exclude participants from participation.
The payment modalities for training courses over a longer period of time and for individual coaching sessions can be found in the respective separate invitations to tender.
  4. Resignation
As this offer is a service that is provided at a specific point in time, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB. By booking, you expressly agree that the contract becomes binding when the appointment is made.
Withdrawal must be made in text form by email, fax or letter. Decisive for the timeliness of the withdrawal is the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by the provider.
We need to be able to rely on registered participants to show up, because booked places cannot always be reallocated. This sometimes results in a financial loss on our part.
The following applies to group coaching sessions and healing circles:
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the event. After that, the full participation fee is due - even in the event of no-show.
The following applies to courses and workshops:
In the event of withdrawal up to 2 weeks before the start, a processing fee of 25% of the invoice amount will be charged; up to 1 week before the start, 50% of the participation fee will be charged. In the event of later withdrawal, participants are obliged to pay the full participation fee.
Non-participation without withdrawal or partial participation in the offers shall result in payment of the full fee. If the withdrawal is not made in due time, it is at the discretion of the provider to release the participants from the obligation to pay the full fee if the person withdrawing provides a replacement person or if the provider can recruit participants from the waiting list.
Coaching courses have separate cancellation conditions, which can be found in the separate invitation to tender.
  5. Implementation
The organization of an event is tied to a number of participants set by the provider. If there are not enough registrations, the event may be canceled. Any costs already paid will be refunded in accordance with section 3. Any further claims for damages are excluded.
The provider reserves the right to change speakers/venue at short notice. Participants shall not be entitled to a reduction or reimbursement of participation costs as a result of a change of speaker or venue.
The lecturer exercises domiciliary rights during the respective event. Participants who intentionally or through gross negligence violate the event discipline or whose behavior jeopardizes the success of the event may be excluded from further participation in the event. In this case, there is no entitlement to a reduction or reimbursement of participation costs.
  6. Liability
The provider is not liable for damages, in particular those resulting from accidents, damage, loss or theft, incurred by participants as a result of participation in or in connection with the events, training courses or coaching sessions offered, unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence on the part of the provider.
Sovereign measures, natural disasters, traffic disruptions, disruptions in the supply of energy and raw materials, illness of the speaker and other cases of force majeure, i.e. extraordinary events for which the provider is not responsible, shall release the provider from the obligation to fulfill the contract for the duration of their effectiveness. In these cases, the provider is not obliged to pay compensation, in particular not to reimburse travel and accommodation costs or loss of working hours.
In the event of illness of the lecturer, the provider shall endeavor to provide a replacement lecturer or offer the opportunity to make up the missed dates, unless this could only be guaranteed with disproportionate effort.
  7. Data storage
The participants consent to the processing of their data for business purposes. The above applies as notification in accordance with Section 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data collected will not be passed on to uninvolved third parties.
  8. Severability clause
Should individual provisions be wholly or partially invalid or not become part of the contract, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid (Section 306 (1) BGB). The wholly or partially invalid or not included provision shall be replaced by the statutory provision (Section 306 (2) BGB).
