Our brain tries to understand and apply the four-step method, while at the same time we explore what is alive in us on a physical and emotional level.<br \/>We set to work with enthusiasm and effort and realize that certain situations still throw us off course. We experience intense negative feelings or difficult moments in which what we have just learned is suddenly no longer tangible. Perhaps we realize in our lives that<\/p><ul><li>We have certain topics that we encounter again and again,<\/li><li>we seem to have insatiable needs that nothing can really satisfy<\/li><li>we always find ourselves in similar and frustrating relationship constellations.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Inner child work as a deepening<\/h3><p>In such moments, we can supplement NVC with inner child work to reach deeper layers within us that have not been sufficiently illuminated and integrated so far.
